Cheese & Ham Triangles
Serves 12
Ingredien ts:
• 6 flour tortillas
• a large piece o f cheese
• a packet of ham
• a small onion
• ¹/₂ a 1 ) ..... of mixed herbs
Preparation method:
• Preheat the oven to 190°C.
• 3) ..... the cheese.

• Place the ham, cheese and onions on three of the tortillas. Sprinkle the salt and herbs over the top.
• Cover them with the remaining tortillas.
